Well the journey continues in my passion to paint nature that connects us through the ancient Celtic philosophies. My paintings of my first series the 13 Druid Celtic Trees continues to be displayed at the beautiful Keith Jack Studio and Gallery, 21 Lonsdale Ave. North Vancouver BC and is receiving attention as the activities in Lower Lonsdale increase with the warm sunshine, the Night Market at the Shipyards and the Cruise Ship visitors coming across on the Seabus. I am so pleased to share that my collector base is growing across Canada and into the USA! 6 of my paintings have been sold out of Keith Jack Studio and Gallery! Thank you to the fabulous team at the Studio and Gallery, and a BIG THANK YOU to my new Collectors in believing in my work. I hope my paintings bring you joy for years to come.
For those who may have missed out on one of the original paintings, don't be disappointed, I now have available beautiful matted Giclée prints on smooth cotton rag paper with a total size of 12 x 16 ". These prints are available on this site or at the Keith Jack Studio and Gallery.
In addition I have created cards, 5 X 7" that you can purchase individually or collect all 13 to create a Druid Celtic Calendar. Again available on line through my website or at the Keith Jack Studio and Gallery.
I wanted to share as I continue to grow my knowledge of our great trees and plants I had the most wonderful experience last week-end. Couple of friends and myself went on the Ancient Trees of Vancouver Tour with Colin Spratt, in Stanley Park, Vancouver BC. What an amazing tour, getting to experience our gifts right here in our backyard. A Big Leaf Maple over 300 years old, towering Sitka Spruce, Douglas Fir, Red Cedar, Hemlock, Yew and a massive Red Alder. I encourage everyone to take this experience in. This is the inspiration for my next Celtic Tree Series...stay tuned!
Cheers!
Terri
