Everyday I see the pigeons as they quietly walk about looking for food at Waterfront Park in North Vancouver, BC. These intelligent birds get a bad wrap. Humans bred the hunting instinct out of the pigeon when it was very common for people to take them in as pets. This is why they flawk to urban areas to get food as they do not know how to hunt. Pigeons are soul mates for life, they are our Urban Storm Survivors a symbol of peace and love.
