With my love for our forests and wildlife the magnitude of forest fires happening is disturbing to say the least. I understand the devastation and I have learned that the Douglas Fir trees have natural heat and fire retardent under their bark. Many wildlife will take refuge in the Douglas Fir if they are unable to escape the Forest Fire. I find that when there is disasters people will come together no matter differences to help. Wildlife comes together as well...that is my optomistic view. This was a great Douglas Fir that was saved in a forest fire from our brave fire fighters and it saved many wildlife. Look closely into the base of the tree.

Care has been put into the artwork you purchased and we want to make sure when shipped it is cared for. Good News for Canadians, if shipping within Canada it is free! All packages are shipped via FedEx or Canada Post and will be sent out as soon as possible. You will receive an email with shipping details after your package has been shipped. Sorry to my beautiful American friends and collectors shipping and taxes will be added to the cost at this difficult time. (e.g. duty tax at the border) after the package has been shipped.
As per FedEx and Canada Post policy, a package is considered lost after 6 weeks. If the package is not located during this period, you will receive a full refund.
If you prefer your item be shipped via a private courier, please complete your purchase and then email TerriConnelly@paintingsbytewc.com with your preferred shipper. All incremental costs will be incurred by the purchaser.

Return Policy
All artwork is non-refundable except in the case of damage incurred during shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, please email tewc25@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package. Please keep all packaging as photos may be requested.
