The warmth of the summer, the smells of the grass fields, the outdoor gatherings and festivals carrying into the setting sun was the inspiration for this painting. The history of Country Dance began in the 16th century by English, Scottish and European countries. The Dance form was once performed as a start of courtship. As settlers moved to North America the dance evolved with various styles including line dance that became hugely popular in the 1990s and is still going strong, evolving along with the Country Music scene and fashion trends.

Shipping Policy
Care has been put into the painting you purchased and we want to make sure when shipped it is cared for. Shipping cost will be added to the cost of the painting at time of purchase. All packages are shipped via FedEx and will be sent out as soon as possible. You will receive an email with shipping details after your package has been shipped. I am not responsible for any additional charges (e.g. duty tax at the border) after the package has been shipped.
As per FedEX and Canada Post policy, a package is considered lost after 6 weeks. If the package is not located during this period, you will receive a full refund.
If you prefer your item be shipped via a private courier, please complete your purchase and then email TerriConnelly@paintingsbytewc.com with your preferred shipper. All incremental costs will be incurred by the purchaser.

Return Policy
All artwork is non-refundable except in the case of damage incurred during shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, please email TerriConnelly@paintingsbytewc.com within 3 days of receiving your package. Please keep all packaging as photos may be requested.
